Halloween Disco

Leeming ESC will be hosting a disco night again this year with a Halloween theme. This is a chance for students to interact in a social setting as well as letting their hair down and having a dance. We will have disco lights, DJ, ‘chill out’ area, photo booth and very excited staff, who are ready to dance. The night promises to be exciting and fun. There will be prizes for best dressed and best dance moves. No electronic or recording devices are permitted. Payment for the event should be made prior to the day (no door sales). This can be done electronically, or by sending through payment to your child's classroom teacher. Parents are not expected to be on-site as there will be adequate staff supervision. If you would like to stay, there will be an area with tea/coffee and light refreshments for you to enjoy. We ask that you stay in this area as your child may gravitate to you instead of interacting with their peers. Important details of the night are listed below: Dress code: Smart casual or themed costume (nothing revealing, no crop tops, short shorts etc) Parking: In the Recreation Centre Carpark If your child is displaying unsafe behaviour you may be called to collect them. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES: All staff members have the Consent2Go app on their phones with names, contact details, medical plans and photo identification for each participating student. A First Aid kit will be available. NOTE: Parents/carers should be aware that staff members are not responsible for injuries or damage to property which may occur where, in all circumstances, staff have not been negligent.
